My plane had a lot of delay but UniTransfers called me and asked the driver to wait (more thane one hour) When i went out the driver was waiting and he was very kind, welcoming and friendly and provided a very good service. This driver is excellent and he spoke english very well

Transfer from Novorossiysk (railway) station to Gelendzhik. Contacts of the driver were sent in a few days by letter and SMS. The driver called 30 minutes before the train and said he was there. I met him at the carriage, helped with the suitcases (for which many thanks to him). The trip was fast and pleasant.
